AuctionDesk UK is an independent auction brokerage / facilitation service. We are notCopart, Inc., Copart UK, or any of their affiliates. Copart® is a third-party brand. Links to Copart (including Today's Auctions and the Auction Calendar) open Copart's own websites, which are governed by Copart's terms and policies.
2. Estimates & calculators
Cost estimates, fee calculators, delivery quotes, repair allowances, and service charges are indicative only. Copart fees change; VAT, retrieval, and other charges may differ on the day. Always confirm final figures on Copart and with us in writing before bidding or paying. Nothing on this site is financial, legal, insurance, or tax advice.
3. Bid4Me & bidding services
Auction vehicles are sold as seen. Damage, category (e.g. Cat N / Cat S), mileage, history, and mechanical condition may be incomplete or inaccurate. Winning a lot creates binding obligations under the auction house rules. We do not guarantee winning a bid, final price, condition on arrival, MOT outcome, or repair cost. You remain responsible for inspecting lots (or accepting the risk of not doing so) and for payment, storage, and collection deadlines.
4. Delivery & repairs
UK local delivery and repair coordination are arranged where agreed. Timescales, carriers, and workshops are subject to availability. Additional costs (storage, failed collection, parts delays, further damage found after purchase) may apply and are the client's responsibility unless we agree otherwise in writing.
5. Auto Trading Shop & Seller Hub
Private sale and wanted adverts are placed by third-party sellers.AuctionDesk UK may moderate or approve listings and verify government ID for seller accounts, but we do not own the vehicles, guarantee title, condition, mileage, or seller identity beyond our verification process, or act as a party to the private sale. Buyers and sellers deal with each other (e.g. via WhatsApp) at their own risk. Carry out your own checks before paying or transferring a vehicle.
6. Auction calendar & lot data
Schedules, yard names, times, and lot information shown from Copart or curated on this site may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. Always verify sale details on Copart before relying on them.
7. Reviews & before/after projects
Case studies and reviews describe individual outcomes. Past results do not guarantee similar results for your vehicle or budget.
8. UK only
Services are intended for UK-based clients and UK delivery only. We do not offer international shipping through this site.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, AuctionDesk UK is not liable for losses arising from auction purchases, private sales between users, reliance on website estimates or listings, third-party websites (including Copart), or delays by transporters or workshops. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
